Proofreading pass over recently changed docs: fixes spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors without altering technical content or code behavior.

Changes

• Spelling and typo fixes: srequire → require, constans → constant, "to muted" → "to mute" (developer guide, CLI tutorials)
• Grammar: missing articles ("In the next subsection", "as a partner integration", "the Prowler Cloud Sign In page"), subject–verb agreement ("Arguments depend", "The required versions ... are", "is listed as follows"), plural agreement ("as examples to follow", "with their mappings"), "related with" → "related to"
• Punctuation: fixed a sentence fragment and comma splice, missing periods, misplaced comma, "e.g" → "e.g."
• Formatting: repaired a broken .md link in the services guide, removed a stray <br/> in the Jira integration table, renumbered a skipped step in the S3 integration guide, removed a duplicated word in a mutelist YAML comment

Follow-up (docs changed Sep 7–14)

• regions-and-partitions.mdx: added a missing blank line so the "Declaring the Partition" heading renders after the note, and fixed a garbled sentence ("where nothing else says" → "where nothing else does")
• boto3-configuration.mdx: added missing sentence-ending periods
