Hello everyone, this is pswsm 👋

I'm an experienced Software Engineer, specialized in backend and systems programming. Currently I'm a SWE at a photonics and optical systems company, mainly driving the development of embedded systems and custom control software.

I have experimented with a fair share of languages (Python, C, Rust, TS/JS...), technologies and approaches, safe to say I'm a jack of all trades.

My projects 🌳

I've worked on a DNA/RNA file manipulation library, as well as done some APIs.

I'm currently more focused on self-hosting things and controlling my own deployments, so I do not write a lot of code to the public domain.

What I'm working on, as a side 🤔

I am contributing to the Eclipse's paho.mqtt.python library.
