Hi - apologies for the delay in responding. I am really not familiar with Go, would you be open to walking me through the proposed development through a screen sharing session? That may be better than me trying to figure out how it all works on my own. If you prefer not to that's fine too but it may take me a bit more time. |

Essentially a line-by-line duplication and edit of the c code. Tests from the python harness have also been replicated/translated and included.
