In pygfx I already removed myself directly: pygfx/pygfx@9bf3034
The master branch on this repo is protected more thoroughly so here is the PR.
I just no longer have the headspace, time and energy that this project deserves to get from a code owner.
I'll still keep an eye on things the same way as I have always done, but it doesn't make sense for my approval to be blocking anymore.
