qiime-scaling

Repository for test the QIIME scalability and performance analysis code.

To install (an active conda virtual environment recommended):

chmod +x scripts/scaling
pip install -e .

To run:

sh scripts/scaling

The goal of this project is to produce an estimator for runtime and memory consumption: (runtime, memory) = f(script_name, number_of_observations, number_of_samples, sparsity).
