- normalise hash-pipe keys so annotations like `arg-type` are recognised - teach help formatting to mark appendable options and use launcher names - pass launcher names through generated wrappers and refresh snapshots/tests

c()/list()defaults as repeatable options, append values during parsing, and surface that behaviour in generated help.
