- Implemented `ValidateLock` to detect tampering and verify that checksums in `deps.lock` match upstream versions. - Updated `validate` to support `--skip-lock` and enhanced CLI argument handling. - Added tests for `ValidateLock` to cover valid locks, tampered checksums, non-existent versions, and empty locks.
