The downstream dwc-otg driver does not work in 64-bit mode; dwc2 should be used instead. It follows that there is no point enabling the driver in arm64 builds, and especially not as a built-in. Remove CONFIG_USB_DWCOTG=y from the arm64 defconfigs, and save a useful 200kB (~1%) from the uncompressed kernel. Signed-off-by: Phil Elwell <phil@raspberrypi.com>
