Optimistic updates doesn't work

Chrome: Version 84.0.4147.125 (Official Build) (64-bit)

How to reproduce?

1. find page where a component has an optimistic update
2. open Relay in Chrome devtool and go to Store > Optimistic update
3. Fire of the optimistic event which causes the update
4. watch nothing happens in Relay devtool 😃

I think this is no longer actively maintained? Debugging relay in React native is a pain.
