The aim of this refactor is to overhaul and combine the sankey plots. The idea is they will all be combined into one along the lines of:
input groupings | therapy types | output groupings
Tx | PD | death
recurrent | HHD | Tx
incident/new | ICHD | Prev from
prevalent to | multiple |
