Update the update-alternatives-requirement-missing check to also detect
"update-alternatives" on Fedora.
On such systems, update-alternatives is installed under /usr/bin. Thus
the requirement may also be expressed as /usr/bin/update-alternatives or
%{_bindir}/update-alternatives.
