With the current SDK version, ingest fails silently if using Galileo SaaS with GALILEO_CONSOLE_URL set to an invalid URL, such as in the placeholder used in the current version of the .env file example. Commented out this parameter so that SaaS will always work with no extra configuration, since self-managed users will always need to override any placeholder anyway, regardless whether it's also commented-out initially.
