Adds browser-web3-signer to the Other section.
A CLI plus Rust/TypeScript/Go libraries to sign EVM and TRON transactions and messages using the user's own browser wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, TronLink). A localhost-only HTTP bridge opens an approval page in the browser; the private key never leaves the wallet extension. Built as four crates on crates.io (core engine + EVM + TRON + CLI), MIT licensed.
