Add a feature to cleanup any exisiting connections when changing between networks or enabling a VPN. This uses netfilter conntrack library to cut the ones that do not are originating from the address given as exclude parameter.
Easier to get various tests to build with a dummy source for the netfilter-conntrack API functions.
