Experiment with icons for viewer tabs

Hi Mat,

Here's a something a little more substantial to look at. I've basically implemented a version of the Radix-UI Accordion component. Please consider this experimental; not intended to merge into main, but only meant to mess around with UI/UX and see what works best. I find that I sometimes umm, hum, think and talk a lot about some kind of solution, but that it doesn't become clear if it's any good until it's actually something I can play with on the screen.

A few notes:

• We could offer both interfaces as an option: list or accordion. On a small screen just a list of icons (rather than an accordion) actually seems a little better to me because all the info on the screen just seems more digestible.
• I did not implement the Scroll component or the handleScroll function in InformationPanel.tsx. I'm not sure what they are for or if these are still necessary.
