Video perf: DeckVideo visibility-gated playback with snap-settle delay, leaves skip compositing when hidden, wrapper-layer rounded clipping, right-sized 24fps baseline encodes
Structure: base case and context-window moves finalized, appendix at 6 dry A-numbered pages, jump nav tried and removed, unit economics leaned down to the 1.7x story
Copy rounds 17-26 from the in-browser editor, with title/sub contracts kept in sync (120 tests green)
