- Quickstart section added to README (install → dry-run → setup → run)
- GitHub CI workflow (.github/workflows/ci.yml) runs all 3 validation suites on push/PR
- Issue templates (bug report, feature request) and PR template with validation checklist
- README, design spec, config examples, and CHANGELOG updated throughout
