Information

Initial release of ALG Painter, intended to replace and improve on:

• https://github.com/sanger-tol/busco_painter
• https://github.com/Karenvn/merian-busco-painter

This tool is used to paint a busco full_table with putative ancestral linkage groups, as well as produce a png/svg plot. Currently, this only works with lepidopterans (merian units).
