Add a read counterpart to the write path and split the single 'run' verb into clearer commands: - Rename 'run' -> 'set' (matches the project's "CLI to set overrides"). - Add 'list': for each SLO matching the tags, show its monitor downtime (Datadog Downtimes v2 API) within a window, excluding any downtime already covered by an SLO correction (override). The window defaults to start-of-month..now (override with --start/--end); tag selection is optional (omit to list every SLO). Only type:monitor SLOs link to monitors via monitor_ids; tag/scope-targeted downtimes that name no monitor id are reported as a trailing note. - Add a 'commands' sub-app with 'commands list', printing a tree of every command the CLI provides. Raise pylint max-module-lines: the CLI is intentionally one flat module and now carries a second command's worth of code plus docstrings. The pip suppression expired (2026-06-19), resurfacing PYSEC-2026-196, and a new msgpack CVE (GHSA-6v7p-g79w-8964) appeared. Both fixes (pip 26.1.2, msgpack 1.2.1) exist but are held back by [tool.uv] exclude-newer = "1 week".
