The viewfinder is THE feature that NO other flashlight app has, and that keeps me using Search Light instead of any preinstalled flashlight. 馃憤 :D
However, the mode toggle currently resides in the menu, that is only accessible with a "physical" menu button, or by emulating one.
An in-app menu would ake it possible to easily switch mode, but I can't see any reason why one would use another mode (except maybe save a bit of energy, but using a flashlight is usually a short, power-hungry use, so it's a bit of a moot point IMO), so why not make viewfinder range the default mode ?
