Never mind. I guess you are just removing the folder only.

@damithc I'm basically removing the basic/intermediate/advanced folder and placing all their contents flat under the their respective sections.

Hang on. We may not be able to do this at this time because all module site that depend on the se-book will break due to this. Have to put that on hold until summer.
