Generate the list of old manual versions from release metadata. This changes ordering slightly (suffix -mcs now show before the non-mcs version). Leave out older -dev versions of the manual, only show full releases. Signed-off-by: Gerwin Klein <gerwin.klein@proofcraft.systems>

This looks like it is missing the following two versions that exist on the current page:
Version 1.0.0-rt-dev
Version 0.0.1-rt-dev
I don't know if that is intentional.
Otherwise, links all work for me.

Yes that was the "Leave out older -dev versions of the manual, only show full releases" part. Should probably have said

We forgot to bump the previous versions in this list at the last release.It'd be nice to automate this somehow. I might look into that.Changed this PR into: Generate the list of old manual versions from release metadata.
This changes ordering slightly (suffix -mcs now show before the non-mcs version). Leave out older -dev versions of the manual, only show full releases.
Liquid is a bit terrible, but the generated page looks like the one before modulo the changes above, and will keep itself up to date automatically.
