feat(ios): add native AkuMa app

Description

• add a SwiftUI iPhone and iPad app for AkuMa's Japanese accent-analysis workflow
• stream analysis through the existing API with a local fallback, editable readings and accents, undo/redo/restore, and localized feedback
• add native guide and about screens plus text, image, and HTML sharing
• keep the phone editor edge-to-edge with native controls, compact chrome, and a single grouped-unit loading skeleton
• refine action semantics, contextual editing, accessibility labels, retry feedback, reduced motion, and compact-panel overflow
