DHCP NTP Options should be included in the NTP pool

a Maschine Config NTP Pool and the DHCP derived NTP setting should not be exclusive.

Description

Currently NTP will be drived by the DHCP and then overwritten py NTP Config object.

i would that its more of an amendment. this is especially relevant when the Machine NTP Config is blocked by the firewall but then the DHCP NTP settings are not used. I think having both at the same time is good

This is how Talos works today - the higher-level overwrites the lower level settings, see https://docs.siderolabs.com/talos/v1.14/learn-more/networking-resources#configuration-sources

is this possible to change? like i want the operator config level actually to be used and kinda just define a fallback but prefer what the operator choose.

I don't think we can change the model just for one use case, it would break other users.

You should be using machine configuration/NTS for security reasons, DHCP can't provide that.
