Add bot disable/enable endpoint and update API proxy docs

Summary

• Add new POST /api/bots/toggle-disabled endpoint to OpenAPI spec and API reference pages (en/ru/zh)
• Add disabled field to the Bot schema in the OpenAPI spec
• Add editMessageCaption and editMessageMedia to the list of captured send methods in the API proxy docs
• Update setWebhook interception docs to reflect that auto-registration of unknown tokens now requires BOTMUX_ALLOW_AUTO_REGISTER=1 and webhook URLs must use HTTPS (with loopback exception controlled by BOTMUX_STRICT_WEBHOOK)
• Update getUpdates interception behavior to clarify it now intercepts for all known bots, not just actively running ones
• Add callback media type to the Message schema description for inline button interaction tracking
• Document new BOTMUX_ALLOW_AUTO_REGISTER and BOTMUX_STRICT_WEBHOOK environment variables across all languages
• Update docs.json navigation to include the new toggle-disabled endpoint page
