- Updated sky.money to skyeco.com.
- Updated techops.live to techops.services.
- Updated GitHub org name (used to be "makerdao", it's now "sky-ecosystem").
- Updated any other reference to MakerDAO I found.
- Removed references to the staging deployment because that was removed some time ago.
- Removed deprecated "version" flag from the Docker compose file.
