Poly codebase should be under github

After talking with Wanzhao today, it seems that we need to have the poly code base on github also. (Can that include static pages too?)

I'm not sure about the details but if the code is in a branch than there's somehow less danger of the overwriting files.

Maybe you can talk to her via slack or ??
