Summary
This PR adds bilingual documentation for the wake-triggered feed auto-refresh
integration so teams have a single source of truth for duplicate-safe behavior.
Why this change
Wake events can trigger overlapping ingestion paths and cause duplicate feed
fetches plus repeated follow-up jobs. The new solution doc defines the
canonical flow and durable success-state checks required to avoid those failures.
