Capture the repository-wide friction scan as a bilingual ideation note. The paired docs keep the English and Simplified Chinese versions aligned and preserve the current set of prioritized improvement ideas for follow-up work.
Remove redundant skill files to keep the agent context surface small and avoid dragging unused prompts into sessions.
