Remove salv stuff from mothership for reals this time

About the PR

❌ requires #43455 to me merged first

Removes the recycler and conveyors from the mothership

Replaces the starting mats crate with a custom proto for better maintainability
the custom proto crate has xenoborg crystals instead of plastic, glass and plasteel

it still has some steel as steel is used to make xenoborg extractors

Why / Balance

No more salv after #43455 so, no more need for salv stuff, such as a recycler and a conveyor to drag stuff to recycler

Also, the custom crate will help with future changes to the starting material loadout without having to mess with the mothership map proto

What do you think about leaving some plasteel and/or reinforced glass in the crate for the engi xenoborg to use? maybe a small unicorn horn or to repair the ship or hide the crystal printers.
