Event is inside the right region.
Self-ent is fine. Roundstart wiresnip event uses EntityUid.Invalid but this works just as well.

Made Rejuvenate restore wires in a WiresComponent.
Why / Balance
Had to deal with a raider that was cutting air alarms, god knows i aint fixing those by hand.
Technical details
We sub to rejuvenateevent on wirescomponent.
Go through every wire and call their mend action and make them not cut.
This could alternatively be a Tricks verb to cut/mend all wires, but rejuvenate is used to repair things fully so I put it there
