• [fix] Restored temp batch script creation and usage.
  The problem was ibiblio url is so long that system() cannot understand the very long command and throws a -1.

Disabled temp BAT script creation!
The code is a little bit faster on my t1200. It took 8 minutes to get cache indexes without bat scripts. not bad for a 1987 system

hold and unhold and list hold features added!

Holding basically hides the package from the normal package management stuff and will not see the package at all. This will prevent updates, but you can keep track of held packages with holdlist function! If u need to upgrade them just unhold it and it goes to normal again! :D
