- Insert a [!CAUTION] block in README.md warning that the repo is in a transitional state during a major dependency upgrade (Express 5, TypeScript 6, Vite 8, etc.). Advises against new PRs and points to stable releases. - Closed all 3 open dependabot PRs (#23, #24, #25) without merge; branches were automatically deleted by GitHub. Only main remains. - Updated docs/summary_of_work.md with session ledger entry. No source code changes; no validation gates run.
