Hmm you really mention even small changes, but yeah, it's subjective where to draw the line. Anyway, most ok, just small remarks.

if you mentioned this anyway, should we add a short paragraph here begging for people to review "their" "own" "findings" before they open reports, hoping that would lessen the spam?
maybe the LLMs also read the RELEASE-NOTES, it is part of the git repo after all

My thinking was to get some attention on this possibility through mentioning it, but yeah debatable if it makes sense to put it here, removed in https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/compare/766242bb4b80623e12981d15636dff2c5aaa0ef9..fb9f6c8711115d3a7e5ce9d367acbd5aa9e554dc
