Summary

This PR delivers the 'Beautiful UI Revamp' (Spec 012), modernizing the welcome page and shared layout with a clean, card-based aesthetic using DaisyUI + Tailwind.

Changes

UI Revamp:
- Implemented new Welcome Page with room/booking demo data.
- Styled shared layout components (header, cards, buttons).
- Ensured responsive design across mobile/desktop.
Spec-Kitty Compliance:
- Added full Spec-Kitty artifacts (tasks.md, data-model.md, research.md, quickstart.md).
- Added missing activity logs and metadata to Work Packages.
- Created required src/ and contracts/ placeholders.
Documentation:
- Reorganized root documentation into structured subdirectories (docs/analysis, docs/guides, etc.).
- Cleaned up git history (removed accidental .pnpm-store commits).

Verification

Visuals: Matches target screenshot.
Build: Local build passes.
Spec-Kitty: Feature successfully Accepted via tasks_cli.py accept.
