When a member is approved for the approval level, change them to the new level while preserving the existing subscription and re-pointing it to the new level instead of cancelling it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Passing custom level instead of new level ID
