docs: add DMP'26 week 2 blog by Stuti

Summary

This PR adds my DMP 2026 Week 2 progress report to the Sugar Labs website.
The report covers:

• The design and implementation of a story-driven lesson framework for Music Blocks.
• The introduction of The Lost Melody Islands - Quest for the Hidden Treasure as the narrative theme for lesson plans.
• Integration of the first two narrative lessons (Echo Island and Sakura Grove) into the existing Practice interface.
• Implementation of an exploration-based discovery badge system to encourage curiosity beyond lesson completion.
• Mentor feedback, key learnings, and the roadmap for future classroom testing and lesson expansion.
