docs: add DMP'26 Week 5 blog by Stuti Jain

This PR adds my DMP '26 Week 5 progress report for the project Adding Lesson Plans to Music Blocks.

This week's work focused on strengthening the story-driven learning experience and introducing reflection as a more meaningful part of the learner's journey.

Work Completed

• Renamed the musical companion Beat to Choon to connect the character more naturally with Mr. Mouse and the existing Music Blocks world.
• Implemented the Explorer Journal as a new feature accessible through the Help menu.
• Added a reflection prompt after lesson completion, allowing learners to record their experiences and discoveries.
• Organized reflections into lesson-specific pages within My Explorer Book.
• Added support for saving multiple reflections for the same lesson so learners can continue documenting their journey over time.
• Added an edit option for updating previously saved reflections.
• Documented the current Explorer Journal interface using implementation screenshots.

Mentor Feedback and Future Improvements

The report also covers feedback and ideas discussed during the mentor meeting, including:

• Adding a delete option for saved Journal entries.
• Expanding the Explorer Journal beyond lesson-based reflections by allowing learners to create general notes with custom titles and content.
• Allowing multiple entries to be added over time to the same self-created note.
• Supporting editing and deletion for both lesson reflections and general notes.
• Providing contextual guidance for optional discovery activities through interactive or flippable help cards.
• Reusing the existing Music Blocks help-card infrastructure instead of creating a separate system.
• Redesigning the help-card UI/UX to better match the current Music Blocks theme.
• Exploring support for image attachments in future Journal entries.
