SoulX-Singer-Eval is a simple tool designed to help you test and compare singing voice synthesis. It lets you check the quality of computer-generated singing without needing any programming skills.
This program works as an evaluation suite for zero-shot singing voice synthesis. That means it can assess singing voices created by AI models, even ones it has not seen before. The goal is to help developers and hobbyists understand how well these voices sound.
You do not need to know anything about coding or machine learning to use it. The package includes easy ways to listen, score, and review singing samples.

This suite offers tools to listen and score singing voices created by AI. Here’s how to begin:
Click the "Open Sample" or "Import" button to add singing voice files. Supported formats include .wav and .mp3.
You can load:
- Your own AI-generated singing voices
- Samples provided in the package
- Any singing voice you want to test
Use the play controls to listen carefully. The app offers options to loop sections or play at slower speeds without changing pitch. This helps catch vocal details.
You can rate samples based on:
- Naturalness
- Pitch accuracy
- Expression and emotion
The ratings are saved in a simple file inside the app, so you can compare many samples over time.
After evaluation, you can export your scores and notes as a text or CSV file. This is useful for sharing results with others or for your records.
For users who want more detail, SoulX-Singer-Eval also provides:
- Visual pitch tracking graphs to see how the AI matched melodies
- Waveform displays to check timing and rhythm
- Batch processing tools for scoring multiple files fast
- Support for multiple languages and singing styles
None of these require technical knowledge. The interface guides you through each option with clear labels.
If you run into issues, here are quick solutions:
