This PR documents the ability to add resource tags to auto-discovered services using:
#[AutoconfigureResourceTag]attributeresource_tagsconfiguration option in YAML/XML/PHPResource tags only apply to services loaded via the
resourcedirective, not to explicitly defined services.Fixes #21333
