Edits to the theme

I completely changed the index.html.tmpl and the planet.css to be more clean and make the page looks like other Sympy pages.

OK, how do you test this? I tried running the planet software, but with little luck.

I had test it on my local-machine. (i downloaded the planet software and edit it 's theme.)

But how? I can't get the planet software to work.

I downloaded the software and edited the name and the link on the config.ini file (to be local host) and added the list of sympy users' feeds ,then like i said before i edited the css and template file and run the planet.py script .

Either my planet software is broken, or I'm missing a step. @certik can you look this over (and tell me how you do it)?
