Bump async from 2100s (35 min) to 4200s (70 min). Full cluster deployment routinely takes 40-50 minutes on slow hardware and was being killed by the timeout before completion. Closes #47 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
