This tool is designed to count, measure, and classify Douglas Fir pollen. It is based on StomataGSMax, a tool using convolutional neural networks for the detection of stomata and extraction of morphometry that is described in the paper https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpls.2021.780180 and available on Github https://github.com/DrJonoG/StomataGSMax .
