Not sure what do you mean by machine is no longer available in CI?
The machine allocation table has it allocated for CI and the machine is online and running a github runner process.

Machines have been temporarily reassigned to a few P0 efforts, so we can’t use them at the moment. If they’re needed, please ping me and we can see what backup options we can arrange.
