In another project, I want to customise the angles of ticks and labels.
However, I don't want to advertise this to legendry users.
So I'm being real sneaky about it and not putting out a news bullet for this experiment.
Essentially thing happening here is that in stack configurations where primitive ticks is followed by primitive labels, and keys have a
thetacolumn, the tick is oriented with the theta angle and the labels follow that tick.
