Break up neovim config to close Modularize nvim init #179 with a combo of manual labor and a little help from claude I'm not super happy with the layout rn, but I want to merge this and move on. I can always move stuff around more. I think, for example, the "ui" plugin is just random stuff but I don't have a better idea rn.
Add nvim-surround and trouble.nvim to close trouble.nvim #118. I may or may not keep them lets see
