A version-controlled record of the enterprise-readiness audit outcome (16 PRs) and the still-open backlog (next-major CA1068 + ABI cleanup, CI Docker-gate, ~30 pre-existing CodeQL alerts, Pro key rotation), so the work can be resumed in any future session or by any maintainer without relying on machine-local notes.
