For the feature to improve the app, every room need roles. Whoever creates the room, gets the host (master) role.
If someone joins the room, he gets the guest role and can only add videos to the room. There should be a moderator role who can do a few more things and is higher then the guest.

guest: add videos to the room
moderator: everything from the guest and is able to start / stop videos, move videos inside the playlist around, delete videos from the playlist and play videos immediately from the playlist, kick users
host: everything from moderator and can't be kicked from moderators
