pyhrf

pyhrf is a set of tools to analyze fMRI data and specifically study hemodynamics.

Installation

Website

Compile the documentation (sphinx required [sphinx-doc.org])::

$ cd ./doc/sphinx/
$ make html

The documentation should be in ./doc/sphinx/build/html
