Online University Help Desk

This project is a fully functional online help desk system developed for Sri Lanka Knowledge University. The application provides a user-friendly interface for students and staff to interact with various university services efficiently.

Database Configuration

The project uses a MySQL database named slku, which contains 4 tables. The necessary SQL file to create the database and tables is included in the project.

How to Set Up

1. Download the Project Files

   • Download and extract all files into the htdocs folder of your XAMPP installation directory.

2. Database Setup

   • Open phpMyAdmin via XAMPP.
   • Create a database named slku.
   • Import the provided SQL file to set up the necessary tables and data.

3. Start the Server

   • Launch XAMPP and start the Apache and MySQL services.

4. Access the Application

   • Open a web browser and navigate to http://localhost/Webdocs/logincrud.php to begin.
